Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Purchases:

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are non-refundable once the order is completed. This includes digital goods, software, and online courses. We do not offer refunds for any digital products or services once they have been delivered.

Consultative HR Services:

For HR consulting services, you are entitled to cancel your service agreement within 30 days of purchase. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation request must be made via email to concierge@intenthiring.com.

Please note that any payments made for consultative HR services are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If the cancellation request is made after the service has been started, we will review the circumstances and offer a prorated refund based on the service rendered up to the cancellation date.

Conditions for Cancellation:

To be eligible for a cancellation refund, please ensure:

  1. The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. The request is made in writing, via email.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Services tailored to your specific needs and requirements, including custom consulting solutions.

  • Any services that have already been delivered or commenced.

  • Services that are provided in a manner that is not suitable for return, such as consultations and one-on-one meetings.

Returning Physical Goods:

In the rare event that physical goods are involved, the following applies:

  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical goods. Please use an insured and trackable mail service.

  • We are not liable for goods damaged or lost during return shipping.

Gifts:

If a physical good was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned product is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver to be given later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
